2. Check body needs
Slow can mean tired, hungry, thirsty, sick, overloaded, or needing quiet.
Choose one body need.
Safety first: sudden fatigue, pain, illness, eating changes, sleep changes, weakness, or unusual shutdown should be discussed with a medical professional.

3. Wake the body gently
Use small movement. The goal is alert, not wild.
Pick one gentle wake up activity.

Do not jump into the whole task. Make the next step visible.
